A deep dive into emotional alchemy & healing
During a Kinesiology session you will be greeted with an open heart conversation.
Together we will look at what is most present for you in your life and chat about what you would like to work on.
By using muscle testing we will be able to tap into the body’s innate wisdom to uncover exactly what is affecting you on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level.
By communicating with the body, we are not only able to uncover stressors blocked in the body but also uncover what support tools the body is needing so that we can clear and rebalance you on all levels while assisting the body to be able to self-regulate and self-heal.
By clearing out blocked emotions and trauma from the body and energy field we can completely transform our lives.

Sacred Circles
I host regular sacred women’s circles and events. These circles and events are created as a safe space for women to gather with intention, offering support, strength, and wisdom as we weave and reweave our web of love connection and divine feminine energy. Sacred Circles are both relaxing and soul nourishing.
