MY JOURNEY

Hello my love and welcome to my little corner of the world. My name is Courtney I am a kinesiologist, ceremonialist and women’s circle facilitator. I find the deepest sense of fulfilment and purpose when holding space and guiding people through healings, ritual and ceremonies and truely witnessing them and watching them step into their most true authentic selves.

I grew up in a little town in the outback, coming from aboriginal heritage myself I deeply honour and respect the country in which I walk upon. 

I best identify as an earth lover with a gypsy spirit. I love all things health and wellness, nature, and I have a deep devotional love for the Ocean and all ocean life. Im a sentimentalist,. I love sacred ritual and ceremonies and hold deep reverence for them in my heart, I hold strong belief that everyday is sacred and every moment can be held as just that..

I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease at a very young age and when I turned 21 I ended up needing emergency major bowel surgery. This really shifted me back into my souls alignment I believe. From that moment I studied the connection between mind, body and spirit and how our bodies can hold onto past traumas and emotions that if we don’t deal with can eventually lead to us getting sick. This lead me down many paths such as studying many different Kinesiology modalities, immersing myself in energy work and dedicating myself to living a more aligned and fulfilling life.

I am truly passionate about what I do and sharing that with the world. My goal is to hold space to support you on your healing journey whatever that may look like for you. I want to empower people to be their true authentic selves. I want to inspire you to find your light within and spark your passions. I want us all to discover just how soulfully beautiful we all are.

This space is continually evolving and growing with me in every way and I love how we both grow organically together. I am so excited for all that is yet to unfold, I am just as excited to share this journey with you
